Privacy Policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses. The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties.

We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

When it comes to payment sections, please make sure to see the security lock on your browser to confirm the identity of the site before providing your credit card information.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A charge will be made in advance in order to validate the card, if the card is rejected the reservation won’t be valid.

Cancellation policy:

Low season: 24 hours before the scheduled check-In. Mid-season: 5 days before the scheduled check-In. High-season: 10 days before the scheduled check-in.

Making cancellations after deadline causes a one night stay fee.

No show policy: If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy: A fee for 22.00 USD will be charged for a third person in the same room. There are not additional beds available.

Children policy: Up to 10 years old minors pay children rate. 11 years old and older pay adult rate; 2 children under 10 years old can share the room with 2 adults in the same beds.

Pets policy: Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Oversold policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Any reservation cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 10% penalty charge of the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.
Any reservation cancelled within 2 to 0 days prior to the arrival date or No Shows will not be refunded. No refunds apply on early departures.

Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Holidays:
Any reservation cancelled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% penalty charge off the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 to 0 days prior to the arrival date or No Shows will not be refunded; No refunds apply on early departures.

RESERVATION POLICIES
At the time of booking, you automatically authorize in writing, the charge of your credit card for full stay on behalf of UNIVISIT.COM, as well as confirming that you accept the reservation and cancellation policies. All reservations are subject to the confirmation of the full stay payment, the reservation will be guaranteed upon confirmation of payment.

PAYMENT POLICIES
The reservation confirmation is subject to the bank authorization upon any credit card number that you provide. In case of payment issues, we will get in contact to the phone number that is provided by you.

The reservation amount will be charged instantly to your credit card, and will show in your account status on behalf of: “UNIVISIT.COM”.

For reservation payments, we accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards. In case you don’t have any of the credit cards mentioned above, you can complete your payment by means of a bank transfer. For further information please contact one of our Travel Advisors.

The rates published in our site will be priced in several currencies, which will be dully specified at the time of booking. If currency is other than Mexican peso (MXN) it is subject to be converted into Mexican Pesos (MXN) upon the current exchange rate. Please note that the amount that will appear in your credit card ticket may vary up to a 3% due to the international fluctuation of currency exchanges. The internet page is not responsible of such fluctuation and by accepting these policies, you acknowledge to have been informed about the exchange rate and agree upon the charge in US Dollars.
